I have went here for years and I also got to enjoy a joking waiter that always makes sure we have everything we needed. The food is always amazing, but sometimes the steak has gristle. The atmosphere is always welcoming, comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing. It is the best place to go for family gatherings!
Terrible service from Manager- she was a woman. We ordered a to go order and we were given the wrong tortillas and when I called back, I happen to be speaking to the manager and she said it was my fault because she didn’t hear we wanted the other tortillas and she acted like a child on the phone and argued with me instead of trying to make it right. When you live 20 minutes from town going back to pick up the right tortillas it’s unfair. I expected this responses from a regular employee, but not from the main manager. We go to El Ranchito to pick up some tortillas. Got back home warm the food back up because it was cold. And also our salad for the Carne Asadawas also not in the bag. I was so upset I didn’t eat anything.
